Simple and traditional flavours


Mot Bistrot’s simple and ingenious idea is to use three
fundamental raw materials: pork, goose, trout. Three starting points at times undervalued, from which endless recipes are created. Three starting points that will never be “too elaborate”, but always presented with well defined and distinguishable flavors.
Those that were widespread in northern Italy on the tables of our grandparents. Get delighted and even a little surprised, dispelling the prejudices of the organoleptic and nutritional characteristics of pork, goose and trout, also discovering their lightness and quality.
