The chef who comes from the north

At Mot the cooking is signed by Ivan Lembo, a chef who made experience in the UK, in London. His pork loin already looks like a myth, together with the chopped goose. Thanks to his experience, less than a month after the opening, his clients are pleasantly surprised by the trout. An example of dish? Rolls of smoked trout with goat cheese and apples. Among the wines, perfect matchings are with Venetian productions, but also with Friuli and Alto Adige’s ones. The names? Kerner, Lagrein, Refosco with a red stalk and Ribolla with a yellow one. And a selection of craft beers, from Friuli with love
